He is a Registered Valuer under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), associated with valuation assignments under the Income Tax framework, and a Chartered Engineer (India). He possesses extensive expertise in the valuation and appraisal of industrial, commercial, residential, and large-scale land assets, and has successfully handled numerous high-value and technically complex assignments supporting key decisions related to bank financing, taxation, insolvency proceedings, investment evaluation, and dispute resolution.
He holds advanced qualifications in Engineering and Real Estate Valuation, including a Master of Valuation in Real Estate and Agricultural Land. Under his leadership, Pointmark Consultants Pvt. Having served at various capacities in infrastructure development companies for over one and a half decades, he is now practicing as a Civil Engineer and Valuer, advising corporates in valuation, project development, planning, and execution strategies.
